The Story
Qutori Wines was established in 2017 in Paonia, Colorado, with a strong foundation built upon our Pinot Noir vineyard and cherry orchard. Today, the café and winery feature a stunning outdoor patio with sweeping views of Colorado’s Mount Lamborn and the West Elks mountain range. It’s the perfect spot to relax with friends and family while sipping a glass of Chardonnay or a velvety Pinot Noir.

The Founder
After an extensive search, our founder, Julie Bennett, realized her dream of owning a farm by purchasing a vineyard in Paonia, Colorado. There, she set to work creating both Root and Vine Market and Qutori Wines.
